Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation legal assistant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and terminology.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with all aspects of litigation matters.
• Prepare, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court dates.
• Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and document organization.
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Perform legal research and administrative support as needed.
