Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior legal assistant experience supporting litigators in civil defense.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and dictation software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drafts and prepares correspondence and other documents (pleadings, motions, contracts, etc.).
• Monitor files and escalate issues requiring attorney involvement.
• Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation including digital dictation, scheduling, and filing.
