Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a highly organized Practice Development Coordinator to join the Marketing & Business Development team in New York, supporting a portfolio of Litigation practices. You will partner with attorneys, BD professionals, and cross-functional teams to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and elevate the firm’s market presence.

The role offers exposure to BD strategy, competitive intelligence, client engagement, and strategic planning in a premier law firm setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of post-graduate professional experience; law firm, legal, or professional services experience preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, proofreading, and editing skills with professional communication.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing systems is a plus.
• Analytical, research, and competitive intelligence capabilities are essential.

Aufgaben

• Support execution of business development plans, strategic priorities, and growth initiatives with tracking of progress and deadlines.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, pitches, and RFP responses that showcase the firm's capabilities.
• Coordinate submissions, awards, and survey responses with accurate content and timelines.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, bios, and website content.
• Monitor litigation developments and market trends to identify BD opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong attorney relationships and serve as a BD resource.
• Collaborate with CI, marketing, research, and other teams on firm-wide initiatives.
• Manage CRM data accuracy and engagement records.
