Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a proactive Practice Development Coordinator to join the Marketing & Business Development team in New York. You will support a portfolio of Litigation practices, partnering with attorneys and cross-functional teams to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the firm’s market presence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of post-graduate professional experience; law firm or professional services preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms (InterAction or Salesforce) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support execution of business development plans and track progress, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare customized client presentations, pitches, and RFP responses.
• Coordinate submissions, awards, and industry surveys with accurate content and timelines.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral and firm bios.
• Maintain CRM data and support cross‑functional teams.
