Job summary

King & Spalding LLP is seeking a Docketing Coordinator to join its risk-management and litigation-operations team in Houston. You will support attorneys across practice groups by ensuring timely, accurate filings and consistent litigation workflows, while adhering to court and agency deadlines.

Role reports to the Associate Director of Docketing and the Director of Practice Management, with responsibility for Dallas matters and flexibility to assist other offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in litigation support, court filings, and service processes.
• Working knowledge of federal and Texas state court procedures, FRCP and local rules.
• Strong attention to detail; able to manage deadlines in high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation workflows by reviewing, processing, and coordinating litigation documents.
• Prepare routine notices and complete standard court and agency forms using templates.
• Coordinate service of documents and maintain related records.
