King & Spalding LLP is seeking a Docketing Coordinator to join its risk-management and litigation-operations team in Houston. You will support attorneys across practice groups by ensuring timely, accurate filings and consistent litigation workflows, while adhering to court and agency deadlines.
Role reports to the Associate Director of Docketing and the Director of Practice Management, with responsibility for Dallas matters and flexibility to assist other offices as needed.

The role supports attorneys across practice groups by helping ensure timely, accurate, and compliant filings; consistent litigation workflow; and adherence to court and agency requirements and deadlines. The position reports to the Associate Director of Docketing and the Director of Practice Management. The role supports the Dallas lawyers and matters, with flexibility to assist other offices as operational needs require.
