Job summary

Legal.io is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Counsel on a 12-month contract to own employment litigation matters from inception to resolution. The role requires coordinating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel, and delivering practical guidance on disputes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of employment law and litigation experience, a JD, and active U.S. bar membership, with proven ability to manage multiple matters independently.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employment law, litigation strategy, and dispute resolution.

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Counsel to support the Employment Legal team. This attorney will take ownership of employment litigation matters and should be comfortable independently managing cases from inception through resolution while partnering closely with internal legal and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring
