The State of Indiana's Professional Licensing Agency seeks a Litigation Coordinator to support the Office of Litigation Management. You will manage all phases of litigation for the Boards we serve, including intake, scheduling, hearing prep, drafting orders, and monitoring compliance.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong communication. A HS diploma with legal experience may qualify; a degree is not required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of legal rules, procedures, and terminology.
• Specialized knowledge of federal and state laws related to the program area.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, case management software, and legal database tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supports government and non-government agencies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Serves as liaison to internal and external parties seeking legal and regulatory support.
• Conducts legal research on matters related to agency mission.
• Interprets and applies state laws and administrative rules to ensure accuracy and due process.
• Provides input on procedures and policy improvements for the department.
