Responsibilities

• Notify claims administrator of insured litigation and provide the associated legal documents.
• Notify involved team members of the litigation and provide initial guidance.
• Monitor all due dates (answers, discovery, mediations, trials) and cases for resolution or defense assignment.
• Gather all relevant internal file materials and route to defense counsel.
• Assist leadership and defense counsel in coordinating discovery responses.
• Coordinate company representatives for mediations, trials, depositions, etc.
• Ensure litigation data is accurate and current.
• Provide overflow assistance and administrative support for the department.
