Responsibilities

• Take First Report of Injury for workers’ compensation losses by phone, e-mail and fax.
• Enter claim data into the claim database and notify the claim administrator as directed.
• Maintain a database of physicians per location and ensure timely reporting to the appropriate coordinators.
• Notify management and claim coordinators of serious accidents per OSHA requirements.
• Provide extensive customer service to field management, team members, and providers.
