Hybrid - two days in office
Be the person who keeps the case—and the attorneys—two moves ahead.
Our client, a highly regarded California-focused national law and policy firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Case Manager for its Los Angeles or Orange County office.
For more than 80 years, the firm has handled sophisticated, high-stakes matters involving infrastructure, environmental issues, healthcare, real estate, public agencies, and complex litigation.
This is not a role where you wait for the next assignment. Attorneys will rely on you to know what's happening, what's coming next, and what needs attention before it becomes an emergency.
You’ll take ownership of active litigation matters—managing court and discovery deadlines, preparing and proofreading pleadings, coordinating filings, depositions and service, maintaining case files, tracking discovery and productions, assembling exhibits and trial materials, and keeping attorneys ahead of the docket.
Simply put: you keep the litigation machine running.
You’ll bring 3+ years of litigation support or case-management experience in a law firm, along with strong knowledge of pleadings, discovery, filings, and deadline management.
You’ll work on sophisticated California and national litigation within a respected mid-size firm that values initiative, ownership, collaboration—and people who get it right the first time.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to build deeper litigation operations expertise.
If you’re the person attorneys depend on because you know where the case stands, what the deadline is, and what needs to happen next, our client would like to meet you.
