Job summary

Estrin Legal in Los Angeles or Orange County is seeking a Litigation Case Manager to own active litigation matters, manage court and discovery deadlines, prepare pleadings, coordinate filings, depositions and service, and assemble trial materials. You’ll keep attorneys ahead of the docket and ensure the litigation machine runs smoothly.

This hybrid role requires 3+ years of litigation support in a law firm, with strong knowledge of pleadings, discovery, filings and deadline management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation support or case-management experience in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of pleadings, discovery, filings and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of active litigation matters and manage court and discovery deadlines.
• Prepare and proofread pleadings, coordinate filings, depositions and service.
• Maintain case files, track discovery and productions, assemble exhibits.
• Keep attorneys ahead of the docket and ensure the litigation process runs smoothly.
