Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of work experience in data analysis, case management, or litigation support.
• Experience using SharePoint for case tracking, document management, or workflow support.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use SharePoint to organize, document, update, and track cases through the investigative lifecycle.
• Provide case management support to attorney case teams with accurate maintenance of case information.
• Perform high-volume data entry and updates in SharePoint-based trackers and repositories.
• Analyze case-related data and documentation to support investigative and legal activities.
• Review, organize, classify, and manage legal documents and ESI.
• Manage document lifecycles including intake, screening, indexing, processing, production, and archiving.
• Support knowledge and document management across multiple case teams.
• Serve as a litigation support analyst for multiple cases or projects.
