Job summary

Gainor Staffing seeks an experienced Litigation Calendar Specialist to support a global law firm. This primarily remote role requires occasional visits to the Seattle office to coordinate deadlines and filings.

You will calendar deadlines, maintain calendaring systems, and research court rules. You will liaise with court personnel to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely support in a high-volume environment. A 60,000–90,000 salary range is offered.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in litigation calendaring or similar law firm support role.
  • Strong understanding of court rules; California state and federal experience a plus.
  • Experience with calendaring software such as Aderant CompuLaw or CourtAlert.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and calendar litigation deadlines based on court rules, filings, and attorney communications.
  • Maintain the firm’s calendaring system and generate reports as needed.
  • Research court rules, procedures, and case histories to support attorneys and legal staff.
  • Respond to calendaring and procedural questions while serving as a liaison with court personnel.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely support in a high-volume litigation environment.

Our client is a global law firm at the forefront of innovation in the legal industry, serving clients across Technology, Energy, Finance, and Life Sciences. They are seeking an experienced Litigation Calendar Specialist to join the team.

Note: This role is primarily remote, however the role requires occasional visits to the Seattle office.

Who You Are
  • You have 2+ years of experience in litigation calendaring, docketing, or a similar law firm support role
  • Strong understanding of court rules and litigation procedures; California state and federal court experience is a plus
  • Experience with calendaring software such as Aderant CompuLaw, CourtAlert, or similar systems preferred
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Salary Range:

$60,000 - 90,000 annually, based on experience

Location:

Primarily remote, but must be able to go in to the Seattle office on occasion
