Job summary

Holland & Knight is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in a mid-level marketing and BD role. This position supports defined projects for assigned sections, builds relationships with attorneys, and contributes to marketing and BD efforts with increasing autonomy.

You will bridge execution and strategy, requiring strong project management skills and growing knowledge of the business of law. This is a dynamic role within a leading national law firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business development, communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing/business development experience; law firm experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and business development projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate practice-specific events, webinars, client dinners, and receptions.
• Assist with pitch materials, presentations and RFP responses.
• Coordinate directory, award, and ranking submissions.
• Conduct basic research on industries, prospective clients, firm experience, and competitors.
• Update and maintain marketing collateral and website content.
• Engage with attorneys as a reliable marketing and BD contact.
• Draft and coordinate internal and external communications.
• Maintain experience databases, mailing lists, and deal tracking systems.
• Manage referrals tracking and reporting.
