McCarthy Holthus is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support the Litigation Team in a role that combines litigation support with accounting and billing-related responsibilities. This fast-paced position requires strong communication, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to learn and grow with the firm.

The role is full-time, onsite in Plano, TX, with a typical 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, and may require extended hours based on operational needs.

Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Request, receive, and track outstanding OTA fees and update the internal case management system.
Review and invoice files to ensure fee approvals, cost backup, and client fee schedules are met.
Run daily billing reports and update files to track status.
Confirm costs and supporting backup are in the file and invoiced accurately.
Maintain accuracy and effective communication while collaborating with the team.
