We seek a litigation attorney who will own their matters, develop strategy, and work closely with clients and experts. Occasional travel may be required as cases span nationwide.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Arizona State Bar license in good standing is required.
• At least two years of litigation experience is required.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own cases from evaluation through resolution, including strategy and negotiations.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for complex matters.
• Collaborate with forensic experts, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions, and argue motions.
• Build productive relationships with clients, co-counsel, and stakeholders.
• Handle diverse, sophisticated insurance and property-damage matters across jurisdictions.
