Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its Workers' Compensation Subrogation Practice in Huntingdon Valley, PA. This remote role offers a dynamic environment and the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of claims.

The attorney will oversee a substantial portfolio, conduct intake and investigations, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and lead mediations and trials. PA Bar is required with 3–5 years of litigation experience including depositions, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Bar license required.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience with a varied caseload.
• Experience taking/defending at least 20 depositions as lead attorney.
• Participation in at least 5 mediations as lead attorney.
• Participation in 5 or more trials with openings, closings, and examinations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a substantial portfolio of workers' compensation subrogation claims.
• Conduct intake, fact development, and technical loss investigations.
• Lead expert retention and collaborate with specialists for evidentiary foundations.
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare and argue motions.
• Guide cases through mediation and trial.
• Identify recovery opportunities and evaluate lien reimbursement potential.
