You will collaborate with claims partners and business stakeholders, provide strategic litigation guidance, and represent Allstate in court, arbitration, mediation, and trial proceedings, while managing a high-volume caseload in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required and active New Jersey State Bar membership.
• 4+ years of litigation experience including insurance defense or subrogation.
• Proficiency in negotiation, deposition, and trial practice; strong legal research skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex auto and property subrogation litigation from investigation through resolution.
• Lead negotiations with carriers, attorneys, and third parties to maximize recovery.
• Prepare and present witnesses; conduct depositions and represent Allstate in hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Monitor legal developments and advise on impacts to subrogation strategy.
• Collaborate with claims teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
