BCG Attorney Search seeks a Litigation Attorney for its Short Hills, NJ office. This non-partnership track position sits within the Proposition 65 practice of the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group.

You will communicate with clients and colleagues, produce high-quality work under deadlines, and maintain confidentiality in a professional firm setting. The role requires at least 3 years of litigation experience, with Prop 65 or consumer class action exposure considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, or complex commercial litigation is a plus.
• California state court experience is advantageous.
• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
