Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Attorney to join its growing Proposition 65 practice in Seattle, WA. This non-partnership track role sits within Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions defense.

The successful candidate has a JD, at least 3 years of litigation experience, and a California bar admission or ability to admission; experience with Proposition 65 or similar litigation is a plus. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Proposition 65 or consumer class action defense is a plus
• CA state court experience advantageous
• Federal clerkship beneficial

• Previous federal clerkship is beneficial.
