Fox Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-established Delaware County law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its practice. The firm handles sophisticated plaintiff-side matters with focus on catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice.

The ideal candidate has a strong litigation foundation and an interest in building a long-term practice. Pennsylvania bar admission is required; New Jersey admission is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong litigation foundation and interest in building a long-term practice.

• Excellent legal writing, communication, negotiation and case-management skills.
• PA bar admission is required; NJ admission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury, catastrophic injury, and medical malpractice matters.
• Handle cases through all stages of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal filings.
• Manage discovery and work with experts.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the process.
• Collaborate with firm partners on high-value matters.
• Develop referral relationships and contribute to growth.

Fox Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-established Delaware County law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its practice.

The firm handles sophisticated plaintiff-side matters, with a significant focus on catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice, along with select civil and commercial litigation matters.

The firm is open to attorneys with varying levels of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to further develop their litigation experience within an established practice, as well as for a more experienced attorney seeking a long-term opportunity with the potential for increased responsibility and leadership.

The Opportunity

• Managing plaintiff personal injury, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice and other civil litigation matters
• Handling cases through various stages of the litigation process
• Drafting pleadings, motions and other legal documents
• Managing discovery and working with experts
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in mediations, hearings and trials
• Maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the litigation process
• Working closely with firm partners on complex and high-value matters
• Developing referral relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice
• Taking on increased case, client and leadership responsibility over time

Qualifications

The firm is interested in an experienced attorney with a strong litigation foundation and an interest in building a long-term practice.

Relevant experience may include:

• Plaintiff-side personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation
• Catastrophic injury or other complex tort litigation
• Civil litigation with relevant transferable experience
• Plaintiff-side medical malpractice, catastrophic injury or complex litigation experience
• strong legal writing, communication, negotiation and case-management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Pennsylvania bar admission is required. New Jersey admission and/or experience is preferred.

An existing book of business is not required. The firm has an established practice and a strong pipeline of personal injury and medical malpractice matters.

Attorneys who have developed their own clients, referral relationships, or book of business are also encouraged to apply. The firm is open to structuring the opportunity based on the attorney’s experience, practice, business-generation capabilities, and the overall value they would bring to the firm.

There is significant opportunity to grow within the firm, take on increasing responsibility, and potentially play a meaningful role in the firm’s long-term leadership and succession planning.

Compensation

Compensation will be competitive and structured based on qualifications, experience, litigation background, level of responsibility and, where applicable, existing book of business or origination relationships.

The compensation structure may include base compensation as well as additional earning opportunities related to case handling and business generation.
