Orion Placement in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to manage personal injury and workers' compensation matters. The role offers hybrid work with Delaware hearings, depositions, and in-person litigation as needed, and requires active Delaware Bar admission.
You will work directly with clients, develop case strategies, and handle discovery, pleadings, and negotiations while growing courtroom skills and taking increasing ownership of cases.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Wilmington, Delaware. This role offers significant Hybrid-work flexibility for an attorney who lives in Delaware or the surrounding area. Because the position includes Delaware court hearings, depositions, and other in-person litigation responsibilities, candidates must be able to appear in Delaware as needed.
Note:
Active admission to the Delaware Bar is required. We are particularly interested in attorneys with 3+ years of experience, but we will consider Delaware-barred attorneys with less experience who demonstrate strong motivation, sound judgment, and a genuine desire to develop as litigators.
