A highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm in Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with experience in catastrophic injury and/or medical malpractice.

The firm is also open to strong litigators who are interested in learning medical malpractice. The right candidate will receive guidance and mentorship from the experienced team to develop in this area.

• Handle high-impact medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases from evaluation through resolution, including matters involving serious injuries, wrongful death, and significant liability claims.
• Manage complex litigation, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trial preparation, and courtroom appearances.
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and case strategy documents while working closely with experienced trial attorneys.
• Build strong relationships with clients, experts, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process.
• Take ownership of sophisticated plaintiff litigation matters while contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused team environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$130,000 – $170,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
