Fox Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-established Delaware County law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its practice. The firm handles sophisticated plaintiff-side matters with focus on catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice.

The ideal candidate has a strong litigation foundation and an interest in building a long-term practice. Pennsylvania bar admission is required; New Jersey admission is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong litigation foundation and interest in building a long-term practice.
• Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury and/or medical malpractice.
• Excellent legal writing, communication, negotiation and case-management skills.
• PA bar admission is required; NJ admission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury, catastrophic injury, and medical malpractice matters.
• Handle cases through all stages of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal filings.
• Manage discovery and work with experts.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the process.
• Collaborate with firm partners on high-value matters.
• Develop referral relationships and contribute to growth.
• Grow leadership and responsibility over time.
