Gpac is partnering with a Madison law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their growing practice.

Experience in trust and estates litigation is ideal, but strong civil litigation skills and an interest in developing their practice in this area will also be considered.

This position offers a clear path to partnership, a collaborative environment, and a competitive base salary of $150,000 plus comprehensive benefits and long-term career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience required.
• Active Wisconsin bar license in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from strategy through resolution.
• Represent clients in trust, estate, probate, and other civil matters.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other documents.
• Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and trials.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each case.
• Advise clients and maintain strong relationships.
