Qualifications

• Significant substantive litigation experience.
• Background in Civil/Commercial/Business Litigation or related contested matters.
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation and develop case strategy.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Experience with Trust and Estate Litigation is a plus.
• Interest in mentoring and developing less-experienced attorneys.
• Willingness to participate in business development and firm growth.
• Collaborative, team-oriented leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution, including trial when necessary.
• Handle a variety of civil and commercial disputes, potentially including trusts, estates, probate matters, business disputes, and commercial real estate litigation.
• Work directly with established clients while developing and maintaining new relationships.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to associate attorneys.
• Collaborate with other attorneys across the firm's estate planning, business, and real estate practices.
• Participate in business development and identify opportunities to expand the firm's existing practice.
• Take an active role in the firm's long-term growth, leadership, and potential ownership transition.
