LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a premier Wisconsin law firm to seek a Litigation Attorney in Madison. The ideal candidate handles sophisticated business and commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution and represents businesses, owners, and professionals.

With about 5–10 years of experience, you will write and argue motions, manage discovery, take depositions, and guide cases toward trial or settlement while collaborating with a seasoned team and pursuing advancement

Competenze

Approximately 5–10 years of litigation experience.
Experience handling business, commercial, shareholder, contract, employment, real estate, fiduciary, or other complex civil litigation matters.
Strong writing, advocacy, and client management skills.

Mansioni

Handle sophisticated business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Represent businesses, owners, and professionals in a broad range of disputes.
Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and manage cases through trial or resolution.
Work closely with experienced attorneys in a well-established and growing litigation practice.
Meaningful client contact and responsibility.
Clear path to partnership with a firm that has a strong track record of internal advancement.
