Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a premier Wisconsin law firm to seek a Litigation Attorney in Madison. The ideal candidate handles sophisticated business and commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution and represents businesses, owners, and professionals.

With about 5–10 years of experience, you will write and argue motions, manage discovery, take depositions, and guide cases toward trial or settlement while collaborating with a seasoned team and pursuing advancement

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10 years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling business, commercial, shareholder, contract, employment, real estate, fiduciary, or other complex civil litigation matters.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client management skills.

LHH is working with a highly regarded Wisconsin law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Madison. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex commercial litigation matters while working in a collaborative environment with a strong reputation throughout Wisconsin.

Due to continued growth, the firm is adding to its existing headcount and seeking an attorney who can contribute immediately to a busy and established practice. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5-10 years of experience, strong litigation skills, and an interest in developing a long-term career within a firm known for its exceptional attorney retention and partnership opportunities.
