Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, focusing on insurance defense or personal injury.
• Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
• Experience in drafting and arguing motions, depositions, and managing discovery.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in legal research software and legal technology.
• Commitment to client service and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities
