RemotePeople partners with a growing insurance defense litigation firm in San Antonio to find their next Associate Attorney. Real caseload ownership and direct client contact await, with hands-on trial experience in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas
• 1–5 years of civil litigation experience; insurance defense or personal injury background strongly preferred
• Strong writing, negotiation, and case management skills
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload independently
• Trial experience a plus, not required

• Independently manage a docket of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution and trial
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Communicate directly with insurance carriers, adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy
