Job summary

LeoForce seeks a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join its Austin office. This permanently positioned role handles high-stakes civil and commercial matters, from filing through resolution, with emphasis on trial, arbitration, and settlements.

The candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, deliver persuasive legal writing, conduct thorough research, and collaborate with partners to develop case strategies in a fast-paced, client-focused environment offering strong benefits and growth

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing and analysis skills.
• Experience with trial, arbitration, and settlements.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and fact investigation.
• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Present oral arguments and cross-examine witnesses.
• Develop case strategy with team and clients.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Maintain client relationships with regular updates.
• Stay updated on legal developments.
