The candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, deliver persuasive legal writing, conduct thorough research, and collaborate with partners to develop case strategies in a fast-paced, client-focused environment offering strong benefits and growth

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing and analysis skills.
• Experience with trial, arbitration, and settlements.

Responsibilities

Our law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in court, providing in-depth legal advice, and preparing compelling legal documents. The Litigation Attorney will be expected to handle all aspects of a case from inception through resolution, including trial, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and fact investigation to identify potential claims and defenses.
• Draft, review, and revise various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Present oral arguments in court hearings and effectively cross-examine witnesses.
• Develop case strategy in collaboration with team members and clients, considering potential outcomes, risks, and costs.
• Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes favorably and efficiently.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, providing regular case updates and sound legal advice.
• Stay abreast of current legal developments and changes in law that may affect clients' cases.

Qualifications
