Calqulate Metrics Ltd seeks a Litigation Attorney to manage a civil litigation caseload in Meridian, Idaho. Flexible onsite/hybrid/remote options available based on licensing and fit. Ideal candidate has 5 years of litigation experience and Idaho admission or eligibility.

Base salary is expected around $110,000 with profit-sharing and potential total compensation up to ~$230,000, plus benefits and partnership-track opportunities in an entrepreneurial firm setting.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of litigation experience; 5 years ideal.
• Civil litigation experience, ideally in business, real estate, construction, or commercial disputes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a civil litigation caseload involving business, real estate, construction, or general civil disputes.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement materials.
• Coordinate case strategy, calendars, deadlines, and discovery obligations; prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial-related proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients on updates, strategy, deadlines, risks, and next steps.
