Responsibilities

• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.
• Investigate claims and prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Interact with expert witnesses and handle settlement negotiations.
• Supervise and delegate work to paralegals and legal support staff.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
