Qualifications

• 0–3 years of litigation experience.
• Active Ohio Bar license in good standing.
• Strong academic performance in legal writing and trial-related coursework.
• Experience or education in civil litigation or consumer protection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners with state and federal litigation matters from pre-lawsuit through resolution.
• Serve as lead-trial counsel under supervision in all facets of civil litigation, including hearings and depositions.
• Draft, edit, and collaborate on trial briefs, motions, and discovery.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding fees, costs, litigation risks, and strategies.
