BCG Attorney Search seeks a motivated Litigation Associate for a dynamic Ohio practice. You will handle complex civil and commercial litigation, entity formation, and general counsel work while building a client base. This client-facing role offers opportunities to develop litigation and trial skills.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of litigation experience, JD, and admission to the Ohio bar. You will draft pleadings, take depositions, and collaborate with a team on sophisticated matters.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in all phases of litigation.
• Experience with client intake, drafting pleadings, and trial work.
• Ability to build client relationships and develop a client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other memoranda.
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and pre-trial work.
• Appear in court and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Manage client communications and case strategy.
• Create corporate documents for new and existing business entities.
• Prepare transactional documents such as asset purchase agreements.
• Offer guidance as general counsel to public and private sector clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries on complex litigation.
