Responsibilities include managing matters from inception to resolution, drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and appearing in court. Collaboration with attorneys and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in litigation.
• Experience in client intake, drafting pleadings, and trial work.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Portable book of business encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and pre-trial work.
• Appear in court and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Manage client communications and case strategy.
• Create corporate documents for business entities.
• Prepare transactional documents such as purchase agreements.
• Offer guidance as general counsel to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries.
