Qualifications

• 2-5 years of business litigation experience.
• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Ohio licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure.
• Excellent research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct written discovery and manage depositions.
• Draft pleadings and substantive motions.
• Participate in mediations and court appearances.
• Assist at trials and arbitrations.
