You will represent clients, perform legal research, draft and negotiate contracts, and oversee all stages of litigation while staying current with laws and trends. A strong track record in negotiation and advocacy is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney with focus on Business, Employment, Civil Law.
• Admission to the CA state bar.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills and client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation to clients in business, employment, and civil litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and precedents.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Manage all aspects of the litigation process including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trials.
• Proactively handle employment law matters such as wage/hour disputes and defense.
• Collaborate with team to develop strategies for resolution of disputes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and industry trends.
