• Conduct legal research, take and defend depositions, and assist with trial prep.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.

• Defend insurers and insured clients in complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents
• Conduct legal research, take and defend depositions, participate in hearings, and assist with trial preparation
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• 2+ years of experience in insurance defense or civil litigation

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 base. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
