The ideal candidate has WA Bar admission and 3+ years of relevant litigation experience, with strong research, writing, and negotiation skills. Hybrid schedule, collaborative environment, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense, health law, or civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, case management, and advocacy skills.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Healthcare liability and professional liability experience preferred, not required.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Seattle or Tacoma.

Responsibilities

• Manage and contribute to a diverse caseload involving civil litigation, professional liability, and healthcare disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research, take and defend depositions, and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and legal professionals on complex matters.
• Build strong client relationships while taking ownership of meaningful legal work.
