Boyd & Jenerette, P.A. is a civil litigation firm specializing in insurance defense. We seek a Litigation Associate Attorney with 5–6 years of relevant experience to join our team in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Georgia or Florida.

The role emphasizes meticulous case management and courtroom advocacy. The ideal candidate will draft pleadings, take depositions, perform legal research, and provide counsel to clients while collaborating across attorneys and staff to achieve favorable

Qualifications

• Georgia Bar Admission required.
• 5-6 years of insurance defense experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Must meet billing goal expectations.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
• Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
• Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
