Job summary

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership or eligibility.

• Familiarity with CA state and federal courts, arbitration, and hearings.

A San Francisco-based boutique law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to handle a range of business and real estate litigation matters. This is a full-time, hybrid position offering hands‑on involvement throughout the litigation lifecycle, from initial case development and discovery through depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.

What You'll Do

• Advanced legal research and writing skills.
• Hands‑on exposure to depositions.
• Familiarity with California state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and administrative hearings.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills with sound legal judgment.
