Job summary

Law Firms in California seeks a Litigation Attorney specializing in Employment Law and Business Litigation to manage cases from inception through resolution, draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, and prepare hearings and trials. You will handle a 10-15 matter caseload, require a J.D.

from an accredited law school with active California Bar admission, and have 2–5+ years of litigation experience; plaintiff-side experience is welcome.

Qualifications

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000-$250,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
