The firm represents employers in a variety of employment-related disputes and provides attorneys with exposure to all stages of litigation and hands-on experience.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of employment litigation or other civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong litigation and legal writing skills.
• Recent law school graduates with strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in employment litigation may also be considered.

• Handle employment defense matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, position statements, and other litigation documents
• Manage written discovery and participate in depositions
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation

• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employment defense matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, position statements, and other litigation documents
• Manage written discovery and participate in depositions
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $250,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
