We are seeking a dynamic Litigation Attorney to join our team. This position involves working with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert advice, and representing them in court. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in insurance defense litigation or personal injury litigation. You will play a key role in our organization, ensuring the successful resolution of legal disputes and contributing to the overall success of our firm.

Responsibilities

• 1. Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• 2. Represent clients in court.
• 3. Provide expert advice to clients on their legal rights and obligations, helping them navigate complex legal situations.
• 4. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve disputes efficiently and favorably.
• 5. Conduct thorough legal research to support arguments and stay abreast of current laws and regulations.
• 6. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• 7. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals, sharing knowledge and expertise.
