Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga, a national trial firm, seeks an attorney to join its Philadelphia office. The successful candidate will meet with clients, assess cases, and pursue favorable resolutions while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities include providing regular case updates, negotiating with insurers, and supporting colleagues to achieve compelling outcomes for personal injury and property damage matters. A JD and PA Bar membership are required; bilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Experience evaluating claims; superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving; ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented and collaborative work style.

They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers.

Requirements & Skills
