Job summary

The Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga PA is seeking a Pre-litigation Attorney in Philadelphia, PA. You will meet clients, assess claims, and coordinate with insurers to advance settlement discussions.

Requirements include a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, membership in the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing, and excellent written and verbal communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Member of the Pennsylvania Bar and in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
