Kanner & Pintaluga seeks an attorney with 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience to join our Indianapolis office. You will meet clients, discuss cases with empathy, build trust, and coordinate with insurers on claims, demands, and offers.

The role includes trial preparation and, when necessary, trying the case to achieve favorable outcomes. Ideal candidates are licensed in Indiana, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and can work independently while collaborating

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Indiana bar in good standing.
• 3 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

Requirements & Skills

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
• Member of the Indiana Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented
